StratusLIVE Announces Achievements in 2019 with Biggest Takeaways Involving Software Enhancements

StratusLIVE, a leading provider of cloud-based solutions for nonprofits, companies, foundations, and workplace federations concludes another exciting year of growth. Among many impressive achievements, StratusLIVE created additional Donor Engagement Scoring features in StratusLIVE 365 to provide more predictive analytic opportunities for our nonprofit partners to enrich Donor Performance, unveiled a compelling new website design, implemented many software enhancements, and helped a record number of organizations on their path to social good.

A few of the biggest takeaways from 2019 involve software enhancements. StratusLIVE 365, a complete donor management and CRM solution for nonprofits, introduced enhanced Campaign Return on Investment (ROI) Analytics on every level of the Campaign Structure. Additional functionality around Engagement Scoring, based on the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ (AFP) best practices, was added to increase efficiency for clients along with enriched Donor Performance Reporting. A direct Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Integration with DonorDrive also increases capabilities for nonprofits engaged in event-based fundraising through peer-to-peer and social networks. These enhancements include event and opportunity creation through Teams as well as the Team members and related financial transactions.

Throughout the year, StratusLIVE strengthened our relationship with Microsoft Technology for Social Impact as Microsoft selected StratusLIVE as a premier partner for nonprofit CRM and donor management business applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. “We are encouraged by our expanding partnership with Microsoft. Not only does this relationship increase visibility and awareness for StratusLIVE, but it also affords more opportunities for our nonprofit clients to leverage the power of Microsoft technology to deliver their mission-critical work,” comments Jim Funari, StratusLIVE CEO.

StratusLIVE entered the market in 2019 as a little known player in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ends the year with more clients (over 1,000) than any other CSR vendor globally. StratusLIVE is the number one CSR solution for midmarket companies and continues on a mission to provide CSR solutions normally only afforded by large companies to the midmarket.

StratusLIVE Ignite for CSR became more robust with its Give, Match, and Volunteer capabilities. Organizations can inspire friendly competition and show departmental progress with new gamification capabilities, allowing for greater campaign transparency while motivating participation. Enhanced Charity and Cause-Search Capabilities, in addition to zip code radius searching, all help givers find and easily connect to the causes they are most passionate about.

In 2019, we continued our multi-year track record of 100% on-time, on-budget implementations, resulting in risk reduction for our clients. Our development and professional services teams work tirelessly to consistently grow, evolve, and innovate according to the needs and vision of our ever-growing number of customers.

The team also traveled the country for its US Roadshow Series, sponsored by our partner Microsoft, with stops in Seattle, Dallas, Minneapolis, Chicago, Atlanta, Washington DC, and New York City. Each event hosted numerous speakers who each brought first-hand knowledge of the latest trends and best practices to individuals working within philanthropy and CSR.

To keep up with our rapid growth, StratusLIVE grew our team by 15% in 2019 with zero staff turnover. With integrity, excellence, and innovation at the heart of the company, StratusLIVE strives to continuously make a positive impact on the community through its everyday work on Software for Social Good.
