StratusLIVE, a leading provider of cloud-based, enterprise-class software for nonprofit organizations and companies focused on corporate social responsibility (CSR) announced today new updates to its Workplace Engagement platform, Ignite. StratusLIVE Ignite’s latest enhancements include upgrades to its matching gift programs, new features to inspire contests and friendly competition, and enhanced charity and cause- search capabilities, all of which will better serve its growing number of users.
Jim Funari, StratusLIVE CEO says, “A goal for all of our software is to help companies and nonprofit organizations simplify their workplace giving and volunteer programs with easy-to-use software that coordinators can rely on as a one-stop-shop for all important details of their Social Responsibility efforts.” With this mission in mind, these rich upgrades are all the more critical.
With this update, organizations can help inspire friendly competition and show departmental progress with new gamification capabilities- this allows for greater visibility and motivates participation. In addition, enhanced matching capabilities enable a donor to see instant information on company match ratios and any particular criteria set on the more than 2.6 million charities available during the giving process. Coordinators also have the ability to segment employee populations with specific matching gift rules, which means the organization improves reporting transparency and ease.
The latest release also includes Enhanced Charity and Cause- Search Capabilities, in addition to Zip Code radius searching, all aimed to help donors find and easily connect to the causes they are most passionate about.
During the Spring User Conference, customers were treated to a sneak peek of the Portable Donor Profile and Universal Identity service. These features, debuting in late 2019, will allow donors to maintain their giving profile preferences, keep a list of all favorites charities and volunteer projects, and have access to their giving history and tax deductions, forever, all within their own personal account.
Debbie Snyder, StratusLIVE Group Vice President, CSR Solutions says, “The Ignite platform is a great solution for all nonprofits and companies that are looking to do business with integrity. We are at an exciting time for CSR, there is more and more research around the major benefits CSR brings to everyone in the community, and we have created the most simple and cost–effective way for all to get involved.”
Finally, while StratusLIVE continually innovates and develops features that change the user experience for the better, they also continue to add additional users and in 2019 will serve over 1.2 million employee users at over 1,000 companies nationwide.
