The Greater Chicago Food Depository Implements Cohesive StratusLIVE Technology Solution

The Greater Chicago Food Depository has successfully implemented StratusLIVE technology to support their mission by transforming donor engagement, enabling a holistic view of supporter analytics, and driving digital maturity. 

StratusLIVE, the leading provider of cloud-based solutions for nonprofits, foundations, and workplace federations, announced today that the Greater Chicago Food Depository (the Food Depository) successfully implemented StratusLIVE technology to support their mission to end hunger in Cook County, Illinois.

In 2021, the Food Depository began the search for a modern, consolidated CRM and analytics platform to replace its legacy software, better assess their supporter base, map donor journeys to optimize donor development, and advance their marketing-based segmentation.

With separate CRM systems for fundraising, programs, policies, and partnerships, the Food Depository had siloed data. They desired a modern CRM platform that allowed for a 360-degree view of donors and constituents. Beyond replacing software, it was essential that the provider offer new technology in the Microsoft ecosystem. This technology needed to prioritize strategic relationship building and transformation toward industry best practices and allow a holistic approach for supporter engagement.

After a structured evaluation process, the Food Depository selected StratusLIVE.
