Invite-Only Events: We’ve introduced the 'Invite Only' feature to help you create exclusive events. This new option allows you to mark events as private, providing the ability to send personalized invitations and ensuring only select supporters are aware of and can attend these events. This enhances privacy and adds a touch of exclusivity to your events.
Customizable Labels and Text Fields: To better reflect your organization’s unique voice, administrators can now fully customize labels and text fields across the platform. Whether you want to change "donate" to "support our cause" or "volunteer" to "join us," this feature makes the user experience more aligned with your branding.

Give at Work: Enhancing Workplace Giving and Volunteering
Direct Campaign Login: The new direct campaign login feature enhances the workplace giving experience. This update allows administrators to create unique campaign landing pages with tailored messaging, images, logos, and campaign statistics, all without requiring an Employee Account. This is perfect for retirees, contractors, new hires, and other workplace donors.
Chronological Volunteer Opportunities: Volunteer opportunities are now listed chronologically, prioritizing company events followed by selected events within Ignite. This automated listing helps volunteers easily find and prioritize relevant opportunities, enhancing their volunteering experience.
Administrative Tools
For administrators, we’ve added several useful tools:
- Export Approved Matching Gifts: Facilitate better reporting and financial tracking.
- Clone and Edit Volunteer Shifts: Adjust volunteer shifts easily to save time and effort.
- Streamlined Registration Forms: Make phone numbers optional and hide liability acknowledgments to simplify the registration process.
StratusLIVE 365: Advancing Donor Management and Financial Oversight
Improved Visual Experience: StratusLIVE 365 CRM has been upgraded to the Dynamics 365 Unified Interface, offering a more intuitive and user-friendly visual experience. This update includes better navigation, form, and view designs, making it easier to access and manage donor information.
Consolidated Financial Structures: This update consolidates all financial transaction records into a single view, including payments, recurring payments, soft credits, and pledges. This streamlined structure simplifies financial reporting and ad-hoc queries, especially at the donor level, and includes improved charts and graphs for easier data interpretation.
Advanced Prospect Management: Enhancements in prospect management provide more robust tools for prospect discovery, research, and cultivation. This includes revised prospect cultivation stages and support for allocating credits to team members involved in the cultivation process.
Healthcare Organization Enhancements: New fields such as Patient Visit, Date of Visit, Department, Guarantor, Insurance Status, Inpatient, and Treating Physician have been added to better support healthcare organizations.
